Cova binder and rice hull application products explanation

What is Cova binder?
Cova binder is a non-toxic and environment friendly solution for wood materials without any
harmful chemical adhesives. The feed stock of Cova binder can be any kinds of natural celluloses
like weeds, rice hulls wheat straw, sugarcane, wood flours, wood chips and etc. By using these
kinds of materials different types of wood board and pellets for injection mold products to
replace plastic.
Cova binder enables the cellulose molecules to bond each other by self-adhesive covalent
bondage without using any chemical adhesives.
By taking advantage of the technical characteristics, we could produce different kinds of products
by using rice hulls which is being used for low values or just waste.
All products produced by this technology emit less than 0.1mg/L (KSM 1998:2009) which is Super
Eco 0 level which is equivalent to natural wood.
